Canada Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for Canada orders. This is because we currently ship each individual order from the U.S. to Canada.

In the future, we intend to open a distribution center in Canada where we can then offer returns and exchanges.

Refund Policy for Rejected Deliveries
Please note, that the shipper will send you a bill to pay customs fees before the final delivery of your package.

In the event you elect to reject your package from delivery, Julianna's Perfume will apply a 50% restocking fee and deduct shipping costs from your refund.
