Thank you for visiting and shopping at Julianna's Perfume. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping

  At Julianna’s Perfume, every fragrance begins with ingredients sourced from France—because we believe in starting with the best.

  Orders are processed within 7 to 21 business days (Monday–Friday). Most ship out within 7–10 business days, but due to recent tariff changes and supply chain delays, some may take a little longer.

  We know it’s hard to wait—but trust us, these scents are so worth it. Great things take time, and we promise: your fragrance is being crafted, bottled, and packed with care every step of the way. 💌

  Thanks for your patience—it’s going to smell amazing when it arrives.

Once packages are turned over to the courier, the ownership is transferred to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from the carrier along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the shipping carrier.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured. Once again we are not responsible for package once it transfers to the shipping carrier (ie. UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc), it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control.
