What you're experiencing is completely normal. Phew! Thought you lost it right?! At this moment, you're package is very well likely going through your country's appropriate customs clearance. And this process is the most time consuming! This can take a few weeks since each country’s has it's own customs protocol.
To help relieve the angst, we'd like to reassure you that USPS delivers the package to the destination country, from there your country's postal service will take care of the final delivery. Yay! Your package will continue to travel through the logistics network, EVEN if the online tracking doesn't update (woo hoo!) and your beauties will be safely delivered to your doorstep.

In most cases, we've found that international packages arrive in about 3 - 5 weeks but some countries can take up to 8 weeks. For this reason, international delivery can vary significantly per country and per the status of global trade congestion.
