Why your order may arrive in two shipments
If your order includes multiple items, you may see them ship separately. This is completely normal.
We currently operate from two locations:
California (our home base)
This is where everything is made. We manufacture, bottle, label, pack, and ship from here.
Colorado (our fulfillment partner)
This location is optimized only for packing and shipping. No products are made there—everything shipped from Colorado was manufactured in California first.
As we transition to faster fulfillment, some products are stocked in Colorado while others remain in California. When an order includes items from both locations, they ship separately—often with the Colorado portion going out first since it’s built for speed.
This transition allows us to move toward a future where all orders ship extremely fast from one location, but for now, you may see partial shipments as we optimize.
In short:
If part of your order has shipped and part hasn’t yet, nothing is missing—we’re still working on it. All orders are processed within our standard 7–21 business day window, and you’ll receive tracking for each shipment as it goes out.

We’re one of the only affordable perfume houses offering free shipping, even though shipping supplies and postage cost us over $8 per bottle. We skip the fluff and run lean, so you get more value in every drop.
Instead of hype, we invest in a streamlined in-house process where each bottle is filled, capped, and labeled by a small, dedicated team. Every step is optimized for quality, efficiency, and savings, so you never pay for anything unnecessary.
