- Processing time is same business-day for all orders placed by 12pm Pacific Standard. (Processing does NOT mean shipping time, we are referring to time to dispatch your order)
- Processing takes place Monday through Friday 9am until 5pm Pacific Standard Time. Orders are not processed on Friday after 12pm Pacific Standard Time, Saturdays, Sundays and major U.S holidays.
- As soon as your order is processed you will receive your personalized tracking number.
Once packages are turned over to the courier, the ownership is transferred to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from the carrier along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the shipping carrier.
Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured. Once again we are not responsible for package once it transfers to the shipping carrier (ie. UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc), it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages
We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control.
